So, when a verdict is reached in your case, what will happen is we’ll put on the entire trial. The judge will give a verdict form or a piece of paper that has questions that the other side fills out. Everybody comes back into the courtroom and the foreman reads the jury’s decision to you. At that point, you now have the final word. You have the jury’s final determination on what the other side’s culpability is and what your harms and losses are that will be compensated.
