As partner, Jennifer Domer’s practice focuses solely on mass torts litigation against pharmaceutical companies and defective medical device manufacturers. She advises and represents claimants who have been injured as a result of product defects, negligence, fraud or misrepresentation. Jennifer enjoys taking a stand for those who have been injured and brings her passion and ambition into representing each of her clients.

Jennifer graduated magna cum laude from the University of Maine in 2010 as a Division I athlete with a double major in international affairs and communication. After graduation, Jennifer’s introduction to the legal field began at a civil law firm in Maryland specializing in helping clients who are permanently disabled.

From Maryland, she went on to graduate with distinction from McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento in 2015. During law school, Jennifer was an associate articles editor for McGeorge’s Global Business and Development Law Journal, a member of the prestigious Moot Court Honors Board, and vice justice for Phi Alpha Delta’s legal fraternity. Also during law school, she clerked for the Reno Justice Court in Reno, Nevada, and worked as a certified student attorney at the Sacramento County Public Defender’s Office and as a legislative clerk for Councilmember McDuffie at the D.C. Council in Washington, D.C.

In her free time, Jennifer loves to spend time with her dog, play volleyball, travel and watch her favorite football, baseball and hockey teams compete.
