At Cutter Law, we investigate bicycle accidents by getting out and looking at the scene where the crash happened and gathering as much evidence as we can. Usually, we are able to talk to witnesses or folks that live in the area, business owners in the area who are familiar with the conditions and they know they’ll say, “Hey, yeah, that pothole’s been there for a while. It’s terrible.” or they’ll say, “Yeah, I was right here, you know, working at this shop and I saw the crash happen.” So, it’s really important in a case like that to get out and try to get witnesses.
