Renée Dall is a highly skilled plaintiffs’ attorney with over twenty years of experience litigating complex civil cases, including mass torts, class actions, personal injury, wage and hour violations, medical malpractice, elder abuse, and product liability.
Renée fights tirelessly to obtain justice for regular people harmed by corporate greed and malfeasance. She combines her sharp legal acumen with genuine compassion and care for her clients, striving to make them feel informed and supported so that the litigation process becomes less intimidating and more empowering.
Renée’s legal practice and approach to advocacy have been uniquely informed by her dual role for the last fifteen years as a certified childbirth educator and doula, supporting women and their families through pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. In both law and life, Renée guides people through vulnerable and challenging experiences with expertise, empathy, top-notch advocacy, and unwavering commitment.
A graduate of Harvard Law School, Renée served as Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Harvard Women’s Law Journal and President of the Harvard Women’s Law Association. She earned her B.A. in political science from the University of California, Berkeley, where she was elected External Affairs Vice-President of the student government. She also studied international law and feminist theory at Oxford University (England). Before attending law school, Renée was the head research analyst for a non-profit organization focused on political ethics advocacy and reform and over the years has worked extensively on behalf of organizations advocating for expanded and equitable healthcare access for girls and women.
Within her community, Renée is a long-time youth soccer coach, volunteers with math and music students in local schools, teaches sexuality education classes for young people, and recently served a three-year elected term on a local school district governing board, where she was a fierce advocate for the needs of students and teachers. In her free time, Renée enjoys learning through travel, meditation, weightlifting, and volunteering at the food bank with her children.
Renée has been an active member of the California Bar since 2003 and a (currently inactive) member of the Alabama Bar since 2005.
