My name is Chris Wikler. I’m from the Bay Area. I went to law school here in Sacramento at McGeorge School of Law, and so, I’m newly into the field of law. As an associate attorney here at Cutter, I am focusing on the work of elder abuse law and personal injury as well as mass tort. So, I’m kind of getting a flavor of many of the practice areas of this firm. I got interested in the broader field of tort law and personal injury. My first class I took in law school was torts, and I saw really how this practice area helps really bring justice to folks who might not find it in the criminal courts or in politics and can provide a measure of accountability and justice to those who have been hurt.
I think clients should choose Cutter Law because we’re a close-knit team. We work very closely together. Of course, a family business. And though my name isn’t Cutter, I have thought about, you know, I’m almost to the point of changing to Chris Cutter, but I digress. Cutter Law is a we’re both true believers.
We really believe in this work and we also have the chops to back it up. We’re a firm that will take a case to trial without question if the facts and circumstances require it where a lot of other firms might just try to go for a quick settlement.
