Another reason that I’m passionate about bicycle accident cases is because I think with climate change, it’s so important to make our roads accessible for bicycles and I view the failure of cities and counties to keep the roads in a condition for bicycles or to put in bike lanes that are safe as a really important issue. And so when people are bicycling I think you know they deserve the same protections and consideration that drivers get. But the roads are designed for cars and to the detriment of bicyclists.
