Thomas Reyda is a partner at Cutter Law P.C., where he advocates for injured clients, with a focus on representing victims of dependent adult and elder abuse at nursing homes and assisted living facilities. With nearly a decade of experience in civil litigation, Tom brings a deep understanding of both the legal system generally and nursing home abuse cases specifically.
Before joining Cutter Law, Tom practiced at Dudensing Law where he exclusively litigated complex elder abuse cases from 2019 to 2025. Tom also served as a volunteer assistant district attorney for Sacramento County in 2019 where he prosecuted multiple jury trials.
Tom earned his law degree from UC Berkeley School of Law in 2016 and holds a B.A. in International Political Economy from Colorado College. He was admitted to the California Bar in 2016. Tom is an acknowledged contributor to the Rutter Group, Elder Abuse Litigation, 2025.
