Celine Cutter is a partner and is proud to represent individuals in the fight against abuse of power, corporate greed, and negligence.

Celine handles serious injury cases including sexual assault, product liability, and dangerous condition of public property. In her work with whistleblowers, Celine holds large companies accountable for fraud and corporate wrongdoing.

She is committed to providing high quality representation for ordinary people in complex civil actions both in trial court, and on appeal. Celine advocates for her clients by bringing a combination of intellect, creativity, and empathy to understand and litigate her cases. She has briefed and argued complex motions in state and federal trial courts, as well as appeals before the Ninth Circuit.

Celine attended UC Berkeley for both college and law school. Before becoming a lawyer, Celine started her career in public service with a fellowship at the State Department and then as a high school teacher through Teach for America.
