We’re here to take the stress and anxiety out of the legal process so you can focus on regaining your health. We understand how stressful it is to face an uncertain future because someone else carelessly caused you to suffer sudden harm. We want to carry that burden for you so you can focus on getting better.
An attorney-client relationship requires trust. When selecting your personal injury lawyer, it is important that you feel comfortable with your attorney and that you have confidence in your attorney’s ability and will to fight for the results you deserve.
Our clients trust us because we have a genuine interest in them, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record. We start working to earn your trust from the beginning and continue to foster it through hard work, constant communication, and aggressive advocacy. And we get results.
You should expect no less from your attorney. If someone else’s carelessness has injured you, you can count on us to stand with you.

What We Tell New Clients
From Brooks Cutter:
I tell people that we’re here to take care of the legal side of things so that they can focus on getting their health back. The people who come to us are often in bad shape – sometimes they’re still in the hospital when they reach out – and we really want to take the anxiety and the fear of what’s going to happen legally off their plate and know that it’s in super competent hands. We’re going to do everything we can to aggressively represent them and get them all the compensation we can so they can really focus on their path back to health with their family.
From Celine Cutter:
One of the first things I tell new clients is that this is a process that they’re involved in. I need my clients to communicate with me and keep me in the loop when anything goes on in their life just like I’ll keep them in the loop on their case. If you move or something happens in your life, I need to be kept up to date too. It’s about keeping the lines of communication open.
From John Roussas:
One of the first things that I tell a new client is that an attorney-client relationship is like every other relationship in your life. Not everybody is fit to be with everybody. You have to make sure that the attorney that you’re talking to is somebody that you trust and somebody that you can see standing by you through thick and thin for the next four weeks, four years, or decade – whatever it takes to get you the right outcome. If you don’t trust that attorney when you’re sitting across the table from them (and you need to trust them), then you know that’s not the right fit for you.
From Margot Cutter:
In my first meetings with our clients, it’s usually really about getting to know them and their story. Often, people want to know what the legal process is going to look like for them and what to expect, and so we talk about that a lot, but the focus is really on the clients and getting to know what all they’ve been through and how we can help them navigate that.
Best Piece of Advice
From Brooks Cutter:
One of the things important to me is to know the people I represent. Often I end up visiting them in their homes and we become friends. I think it’s not so much about what advice is important, but it’s about knowing the people well enough so that they feel comfortable asking me for advice and me giving them advice. I think it’s an important role that we play and I think too often people don’t treat their clients like people. They are people and they’re so important to us, and we’re proud of representing them in a way where they are comfortable coming up to us for advice.
From John Roussas:
One of the most important pieces of advice that I give my clients is to find somebody to work with that you trust, find somebody to work with that you match with, and then stand up for yourself, believe in yourself, and see it all the way through.
From Margot Cutter:
I would like to tell my clients to relax. A lot of our clients have been carrying the weight of whatever they’ve been through on their shoulders for a while, and I want them to know that they can hand that to us and we’ll carry it from now on.
