Client Communication

At Cutter Law, we are committed to ensuring open communication and transparency at every stage of your case. We have the advantage of getting to know our clients, which allows us to provide personalized representation.

How Do We Communicate with Clients?

For all of our clients, we insist on having hands-on, direct contact, whether that is email communication or phone calls to discuss what’s going on in the case.

Insight From Cutter Law

I always enjoy having strong communication with my clients that includes emailing, phone calls, text messages, and in person meetings if the folks are local.

How Often Do We Keep Clients Updated?

Communication is everything in a personal injury case. Some cases can take months to resolve, and complex cases can take a year or more. The last thing you need is to be left in the dark. We will always welcome your phone calls, answer your messages, and go out of our way to keep you informed.

I never had any problems with communicating with John, and he was always able to answer questions or concerns I had in a reasonable time.

The Importance of Keeping Your Attorney Updated

We also want you to keep us informed. If your medical situation changes, you experience financial hardship, you have difficulty coping with your injuries, or anything else arises, we want to know so we can help.

Insight From Cutter Law

I need my clients to communicate with me and keep me in the loop when anything goes on in their life just like I’ll keep them in the loop on their case. If you move or something happens in your life, I need to be kept up to date too so it’s about keeping the lines of communication open.
