As a partner at Cutter Law, Margot Cutter has received local and national acclaim for the excellent work she does on behalf of her clients. She has been repeatedly selected as a National Trial Lawyers “Top 40 Under 40”, Super Lawyers Rising Star, and Best Lawyers “Ones to Watch.” In 2019, she was the sole recipient of the Capitol City Trial Lawyers Association “Award of Merit” for her tenacious and outstanding efforts in the representation of her clients.
Additionally, she is an Associate Fellow in the Litigation Counsel of America, an invitation-only trial lawyer honorary society whose membership is limited to less than .5% of North American lawyers, judges, and scholars.
Margot views her job as a way of helping people get back up after they’ve been knocked down, whether it’s from a car accident, medical malpractice or the loss of a loved one. Margot strives to bring passion and energy to every case she handles, no matter how big or small. Prior to joining her dad, Brooks Cutter, at Cutter Law, Margot worked at the California Attorney General’s Office.
