In a truck accident, several parties can be responsible and so you can really pursue a case against anyone that’s responsible. Often that’s the driver, but it also often includes the trucking company too and that can include all sorts of reasons. It can be because of the route that they chose, or the time schedule they have the driver on, or failure to maintain their logs.
