So you’ve just been injured in a car accident, for example. You’ve been paying premiums to your car insurance company for the last decade, you’ve been faithful, you’ve been timely. And now that you need it, all of a sudden you find out that your insurance company is not there for you. You’re not in good hands. They’re not a good neighbor. And you don’t know, until you need it, that that’s the situation. Unfortunately, insurance companies make money when they don’t pay premiums, and you as the policyholder are the one who ends up getting short changed in that bargain. That’s not what you agreed to, and we’re here to make sure that the insurance company steps up and stands behind that policy that they sold you all those years ago.
