DON’T Post About the Accident on Social Media

Video Transcript

We live in an age where everything that happens to people often gets posted on social media, but we encourage our clients to not post on social media about an accident or their injuries. There’s just nothing good that can come of it.

It’s unlikely that you’re going to be able to fully capture the severity of what happened to you. and the other side will definitely get a hold and search your social media and try to make light of it and minimize what happened to you.

So, we encourage people not to post on social media about the accident. And really, if you’ve been in a significant accident, we encourage you not to post at all about anything. Just kind of shut down your social media and let that go for now.
