Whether you have a police report or not, you still have a valid claim if the other driver was responsible for hitting your car or hitting you and causing you injury. It’s not required that you have a police report. It’s just helpful in terms of establishing what happened, but we’ve represented plenty of folks in cases where there was no police report.
