Sexual assault is typically defined as some kind of inappropriate touching. And even if it’s just touching a knee or, you know, an arm—if that’s accompanied by sexual comments or any other behavior that makes you understand it’s a sexual advance in some way—that can qualify as a sexual harassment lawsuit.
In general, only comments are not considered sexual assault, but there are situations where, um, sometimes drivers have locked people in the car and not let them out, and have made comments that let the passenger know there’s a sexual intent. Those are also the types of cases we look at.
