Cutter Law is pleased to announce that Wes GriffithĀ is joining the firm as the Head of its Consumer Class Actions Practice Group. Mr. Griffith brings extensive experience to the role, having spent a decade at two of the nationās top defense firms, where he represented some of the worldās largest companies in class actions and complex litigation.
Since joining the plaintiffs class action bar, Mr. Griffith has been using those same skills to advocate on behalf of his consumer clients.Ā Ā

Mr. Griffith is dedicated to tenaciously advancing his clientsā interests through all phases of litigation, including trial and on appeal. Mr. Griffith has been involved with dozens of significant settlements over the course of his career, including settlements valued at over $100 million, and he has defended those settlements in parallel actions and on appeal.Ā

Mr. Griffith is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley and the University of Chicago Law School. When not practicing law, Mr. Griffith enjoys wrangling his two young children, spending time with his wife, and hiking in the Sierras with his dog.Ā
