It’s important to understand that if you’re hiring us to represent you in a class action, we are not charging you for that.
We are going to ultimately seek court approval to have the defendant pay the legal fees, or sometimes, the court will say, “We’re going to pay you as the law firm a percent of what you obtained on behalf of the client.”
But we never have our clients come out of pocket for retaining us to represent them in a class action at the outset.
